The "MyEd" app is now available for parents to download onto smart devices. View the flyer summarising the key features here.  Read the launch letter here.

The app can be downloaded via the app store/Google Play.  Full details on how to do this are available here.

Our aim is for the MyEd app to make access to school information easier and quicker from your mobile phone/tablet.  The app provides general information regarding school dates, news, direct twitter feeds, etc.  In addition, you are also able to access information relating to your child and their attendance via the ‘My Student’ tool.  We will be using the app to communicate with you via the messaging service.

The app is available to those with versions of IOS 8 & Android 4.2 or later.  You will only be able to access it if you are a priority 1 contact on our system and you will need to use your priority 1 mobile number/email address, without this information the app will not work. If 2 parents wish to register for the ‘My Student’ tool then both mobile numbers will need to be recorded as ‘priority 1’; if you wish to do this then please contact Mr Quinn at the school.

If you have any difficulties accessing the app please contact the school where we will be happy to give you advice and check information.

Attendance Records

Parents/carers can view their son/daughter/ward's attendance records via the app. Please be aware that afternoon attendance is not updated on the system until the next day. Also, the school's attendance policy currently states that after an absence a pupil should bring an explanatory note from a parent / carer on the day they return to school; these notes may take a few days to be updated on the system and absences are listed as unexplained until this has happened.
